Terms & Conditions

We want to have lots of happy customers who keep coming back.  We believe that most people are honest and that too many terms and conditions are written to protect against the tiny minority of people who are not.  We also think that  terms and conditions are often long and complicated.  But it is important that we all know where we stand.

So firstly, by placing an order you agree to accept these terms.  If you are not happy with them email us ( or call us on 0800 133 7386 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you are not happy with something return it to us and we will refund you in full as soon as we have got the goods back. We have set a limit of 90 days. Of course this is dependent on the item not having been used and being returned in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging.

If the item is faulty or you feel it wasn’t described adequately by us, then we will pay the return postage.  Just contact us, and we will either ask you to post it or arrange for it to be collected, depending on how big it is and what works best for you.

If you have just changed your mind or ordered several items intending to return some then we would ask you to pay for the return postage.

If you want to return something then please email us for returns label and address details etc.

If you return things to us you will need to get a proof of postage.

At the moment our standard delivery only covers the United Kingdom.  Please contact us if you would like to arrange overseas delivery.

You will need to supply a UK delivery address.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Hotel/Accommodation addresses.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery is 3-5 days but let us know if you need next day delivery and we will quote you for that directly

Stock Levels

We try to keep our website up to date with stock levels but sometimes this does not work.  If we have not got something in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to work out how to resolve the issue.  We will of course refund you immediately if this happens.

We do our very best to describe our products accurately, provide photographs and measurements in cms and inches.  Because most of our products are handmade they may vary a bit from how they are described.

If you are not happy then please just return it to us and we will refund you.
